How do I contact SunPower customer service?

We have recently been receiving a lot of wrong numbers calling us to get a hold of SunPower about the solar panel system installed on their house. We're not the correct people to call for this. The 'old' SunPower did go bankrupt in 2024, but there is a 'new' SunPower who are the best people to talk to about your system, any repairs & warranty issues.

Phone support
Formerly known as Complete Solar they have acquired the rights to the SunPower brand, and other assets, and have now completed their rebrand trading as SunPower. Here's a link to our blog post about that.
If you call the +1 877 299 4943 phone number you will be welcomed with a slightly overwhelming phone tree, but don't stress, this is the best way to get your answers. Here's a transcript of the phone message so you can plan ahead a little:
Thank you for calling SunPower, formerly known as Complete Solar. This call may be recorded for quality and training purposes. This support line is for existing Complete Solar customers whose systems are already installed and active. Please listen carefully as our menu options have recently changed.
If your system was installed by SunPower prior to 2025 and you are currently making monthly lease or PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) payments, and not loan payments, then you will need to reach out to the company you are making payments to for service.
Please listen to the following options and we may be able to transfer you.
If you are set up with lease payments through SunStrong Management, please press one and we will transfer your call.
If you are making lease payments through Light Reach or Palmetto, please press two and we will transfer your call.
If you are not sure who you are making lease payments to, please check your billing statement or payment portal for the correct contact information.
If you are a Complete Solar customer, please choose one of the following options.
If you signed up with Complete Solar, or SunPower, through a home builder when you purchased your new construction home, please press three.
If you signed up with Blue Raven Solar or Complete Solar and are not yet installed, please press four.
If you need service, technical support or customer service questions about your solar system installed by Complete Solar, please press five.
If you are a technician or installation partner, please press six to speak with our technical support team.
