SunPower® flexible solar panels
Domestic shipping
Free standard shipping currently 5-7 days on all of our SunPower® flexible solar panels in the USA (extra fee to Alaska & Hawaii). All other US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands) international shipping applies. All orders are processed within 24-48hrs then you will be provided with tracking number(s). Orders are fulfilled from our stock of SunPower® flexible panels in the USA.
All SunPower® flexible solar panels are individually packaged and a tracking number will be provided to you.
Note: items in any bundle will ship in more than one package, separate tracking numbers will be provided to you.
International Shipping
Sun Powered Yachts only offers domestic shipping. We recommend international shipping using a package forwarding company based in the USA. We will ship your order to them and they will then consolidate your order and ship internationally to over 200 countries & territories. One popular company is called MyUS.com and it is very easy to set up an account with them and get shipping estimates. Alternatively please fill out the form below and we will email you with more details on their international shipping estimate.
Note: International shipping is provided by a third party and Sun Powered Yachts, LLC is not responsible for any insurance costs, delays or customs charges/fees for delivery outside of the USA. (Tip: If you are a 'Yacht in Transit' please indicate this and the name of your yacht in the shipping address you provide to the package forwarding company)
Boxed panel dimensions
All SunPower® flexible solar panels are individually packaged, the boxed panel dimensions are:
170W (6x8): 53" (L) x 34" (W) x 2" (H) Weight: 10lb
110W/100W: 53" (L) x 24" (W) x 2" (H) Weight: 7.5lb
50W: 30" (L) x 22.5" (W) x 0.6" (H) Weight: 4.0lb
Note:
Package forwarding companies use actual weight to calculate international shipping costs for 50W/100W/110W panels. However, the 170W panel is classed as 'oversize' so the dimensional weight (21lb) is used to calculate international shipping.
Maxeon® fixed frame panels
Shipping - not included for the Maxeon fixed frame solar panels. Please provide us with the following so that we can request a freight quote:

Custom crating fee - Fixed frame panels are custom crated (full wood) for better protection and ship from Chandler, AZ. $285.25 custom crating fee applied per order for 415W-R panels and $335.25 per order for 470W panels
Please note a separate invoice for freight & crating will be emailed to you and must be paid in full to proceed with shipping.
Lead time - typically 10-14 days from placing your order
Wiill Call - SunPower & Maxeon fixed frame solar panels only are available for will call (no crating fee) Mon-Fri 0900-1600. Please contact us for warehouse address and to make arrangements. Warehouse requires 24hrs notice and suitable vehicle required. $30.00 will call fee per order applied at checkout.
Maxeon 415W-R panels are available for will call at Chandler, AZ | Hayward, CA | San Diego, CA | Oahu, HI
SunPower 410W and Maxeon 470W panels are only available at Chandler, AZ
